Altus President Inducted as President of IACC

We are very proud to announce that Altus Global Trade Solutions President Thomas E. Brenan was inducted as the incoming president of the International Association of Commercial Collectors (IACC) at a ceremony last night at the James Royal Palm in Miami, Florida.

“I am overwhelmed and honored to be selected as President by my fellow association members,” said Brenan. “IACC is a true leader in the collection industry and a professional organization respected around the globe.”

“Being selected as President demonstrates Tom Brenan’s excellence in leadership, his unparalleled professionalism and his well-known integrity within the collection industry,” said  Dave Alibrandi, Chief Executive Officer of Alliance One, LLC and a client of Altus.

The recognition of Brenan as IACC President coincides with the strategic growth Altus Global Trade Solutions experienced this past year. Altus, a comprehensive, full service receivable management agency, rebranded and reorganized in early 2014 and is now a member of the Natixus global network to accommodate its growing service base.

Brenan’s new position as President adds to an already impressive list of accolades accumulated by Altus. Under Brenan’s leadership, Altus has earned membership in and certification by the Commercial Law League of America, the Commercial Collections Agency Association of the Commercial Law League of America, and the International Association of Commercial Collectors.

Altus has achieved Type II Certification with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants’ Statement of Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) 16 for meeting rigorous criteria regarding its controls and processes, policies, procedures, personnel and operational activities.
