Renee Johnson, National Recruiter
Renee Johnson has been a dedicated employee with Altus since November of 2001. She started as an Administrative Assistant in the Vancouver, WA location and worked her way up to an office management position in 2002 and as the National Recruiter in 2007.
As a high energy, fiscally conscious, and goal-driven employee, Renee approaches each new task and challenge with her intrinsic flair for innovation and creative problem-solving. Renee has taken on many new responsibilities over the years and works with several of the company’s managers on specialized projects to improve operations and assist with client services and sales. She also performs numerous administrative duties for executive management.
Renee is adaptable, has excellent interpersonal skills, project coordination experience, and has the impressive ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors. She is considered by the executive leadership to be a valuable asset to the overall success of the company.
Although she is considered the “jack of all trades,” her main responsibility at Altus is currently as the National Recruiter.
