TIA CARE Promotion
Our partnership with TIA has prompted Altus to offer an exclusive promotion on our CARE service to TIA members. Rather than commit to a contract, you have the option to try CARE for one of your past due accounts.
When the rubber meats the road, it’s important to know you’ve partnered with the right agency. We know that once you experience the results of using our pre-collections program, you’ll want to incorporate it into your collections process.
Please choose from one of our options below.
Option 1 includes a series of three letters on Altus letterhead referencing the past due amount, invoice number(s), YOUR remit address, and OUR contact phone number. All payment dialogue will be directed to you. This approach is most effective on balances $500 and under.
This is our most popular option. In addition to written demands, an Altus customer service representative will contact your customer directly and politely create a sense of urgency to resolve the past due invoice(s). You may view all activity, including current status and summary notes from our conversation with your customer at any time through your online account. Live contact significantly increases the odds of a successful recovery and the speed at which it’s paid!
